The room had several maintenance issues. Stains plagued the bed sheets and towels, while the microwave and room door lock were both slightly broken. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirt and dust collecting in the corners and the bathroom requiring a thorough cleaning.

The shuttle service needs a complete overhaul!!! Charging guests for it is questionable, and the bus timing is so poor that I had to resort to Uber instead. Safety concerns linger due to the rough area around the hotel!!!

I really enjoyed the spacious Suite King with Spa Bath, which was perfect after a busy day. The indoor swimming pool and spa were fantastic spots to relax and unwind. Just a heads-up, the shuttle service has a small fee, but overall, I would totally recommend this place for a chill stay! 😊

The deluxe room was well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long day. Unfortunately, the rude behavior of one staff member marred the experience, making me question the overall service quality. Also, the cluttered lobby area during peak hours could use improvement.

My friends and I had a great time staying here. The location was perfect for visiting Six Flags® Over Texas and catching a game at Choctaw Stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved the clean rooms and the high-speed internet. The free breakfast was a nice bonus too!

One downside was the shuttle service. it ran late at times, which caused some inconvenience for us when we needed to get to the airport.

I have to say the shuttle service was a game changer. The driver was really nice and offered to drop us off at a nearby spot to grab food. The front desk staff went out of their way to, which was a lifesaver after a rough flight. It felt like they actually cared, you know? It’s rare, but we appreciate it.

The room was really nice with air conditioning and comfy non-feather pillows. Loved having a hot tub and a fitness center on site. There was also a refrigerator and microwave for snacks. A coffee machine. The layout is wheelchair accessible which is a big plus. Definitely a great place for a quick stay!

staying at inn & suites at dfw airport exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly helpful when my shuttle was delayed, which made my long travel day easier. the deluxe king room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice space to relax during my one-night stay.
